Sie sind wieder da. Die Mütter des Donners, oder besser gesagt, Thundermother. Nach dem Split im Jahr 2023, bei dem drei der vier Damen entlassen, bzw. freiwillig gegangen waren um nur kurze Zeit später unter dem Namen, The Gems, ihr Debüt zu veröffentlichen, konzentrierte sie Gründerin und Gitarristin, Filippa Nässli darauf sich ihre im Jahr 2009 gegründete Band, neu zu formieren.
Jetzt melden, Thundermother, sich mit neuem Album zurück. Die neue Besetzung setzt sich neben Nässli an der Gitarre wie folgt zusammen, Linnéa Vikström am Mikrophon, Majsan Lindberg am Bass und Joan Massing an den Schießbuden. Frisch gestärkt und mit zehn neuen Songs, startet nun das neue Lineup in die Zukunft. Viel hat sich aber nicht weiter geändert, so rocken sich die vier Damen fleißig durch das neue Material, welches mal härter mal etwas sachter zum besten gegeben wird. Hierbei zeigt man aber überdeutlich den bekannt typischen Rock Rhythmus der Thundermother von je her ausmacht. So macht der Black and Gold Nachfolger, Dity & Divine also wieder richtig viel Spaß und lädt zum Feiern ein. Mit Vikström am Mikro hat man auch gleich einen echt starken Ersatz gefunden. Fans der Mütter kommen also erneut voll auf ihre Kosten. Und wer die Damen bisher noch nicht kennt, der hat echt eine coole Rock Formation bisher verpennt, und sollte dies schnell ändern.

They're back. The Mothers of Thunder, or rather, Thundermother. After the split in 2023, when three of the four ladies were dismissed or left voluntarily to release their debut under the name The Gems only a short time later, founder and guitarist Filippa Nässli concentrated on reforming the band she founded in 2009.
Now, Thundermother are back with a new album. In addition to Nässli on guitar, the new line-up consists of Linnéa Vikström on microphone, Majsan Lindberg on bass and Joan Massing on vocals. Freshly strengthened and with ten new songs, the new line-up now starts into the future. However, not much has changed, so the four ladies rock diligently through the new material, which is sometimes harder, sometimes a little softer. However, they clearly show the typical rock rhythm that has always characterized Thundermother. So the Black and Gold successor, Dity & Divine, is a lot of fun again and invites you to party. With Vikström on the mic, they have also found a really strong replacement. So fans of the Mothers will once again get their money's worth. And if you haven't heard the ladies yet, you've really missed out on a cool rock band and should change that quickly.
