Wer bei Storm Seeker anheuert, darf weder Tod noch Klabautermann fürchten. Entweder, du hältst der mitreißenden Strömung aus mehrstimmigen Chören, harten Gitarrenriffs und betörenden Klängen von Drehleier und Flöten stand - oder sie spült dich erbarmungslos fort. Das Leben zwischen Hängematten und Rumfässern auf den unteren Decks ist nun einmal so unberechenbar und rau wie es frei und voller Abenteuer ist. Und damit wie gemacht für Sean Graham. Mit seiner ebenso kraft- wie gefühlvollen Stimme wird Sean Graham den Kurs der fünfköpfigen Nautic Force künftig prägen. „Wer auch nur entfernt etwas von Seemannsgarn, Abenteuern und den Geschichten des rauen Nordens hält, darf sich freuen auf alles, was unsere gemeinsame Zukunft bereithält“, verspricht der neue Sänger. Set the Sails – setzt die Segel, lautet das Kommando! Set the Sails! Diesen Titel trägt auch das neue Album, das am 14. März 2025 erscheint.
Soweit dann also die offizielle „Produktbeschreibung“ Aber was erwartet den nun den treuen Fan oder denjenigen, der vielleicht in Zukunft Teil der Storm Seeker Fan Gemeinschaft sein möchte? Nun, diese Frage ist sehr schnell beantwortet.
Storm Seeker meldet sich mit Set the Sails noch eindrucksvoller, noch Schwunghafter und noch Seetüchtiger als bereits bekannt zurück. Waren Storm Seeker schon von je her eine echte „Großmacht“ wenn es um Live-Gelage, Feierlaune und dazu passende Musik geht, so schlagen die Herren und eine Dame jetzt noch einmal ein ganzes Stück kräftiger zu. Dreizehn neue Songs voll gepackt mit vorantreibenden Rhythmen, salzigen instrumentalen Einlagen, einer steifen Briese aus Gesang und Seemannsfesten Geschichten. Genau hieraus besteht das neue Werk und sorgt mit allem was zu einem Storm Seeker Album dazu gehört für beste Stimmung und Unterhaltung. Wer hier still sitzen bleibt, anstatt das Tanzbein zu schwingen, der hat an Bord von Storm Seeker nichts verloren und sollte im nächsten Hafen am besten das Schiff verlassen. Für alle anderen heißt es aber nur herzlich Willkommen an Bord, hebt den Krug mit Rum und lasst uns feiern! Sean Graham passt sich perfekt der Mannschaft an und bringt noch einmal zusätzlich frischen Wind in die gesetzten Segel. Was kann da noch groß schief gehen? Nichts wenn ihr uns fragt. Also kann es für den Freund und Fan des Genres nur heißen, Album zulegen, Anlage auf Max stellen, Segel setzen und Los… Wir wünschen schon jetzt beste Unterhaltung und eine fröhliche Feier.

So much for the official “product description” But what can the loyal fan or anyone who might want to be part of the Storm Seeker fan community in the future expect? Well, this question is answered very quickly.
With Set the Sails, Storm Seeker returns even more impressive, even more energetic and even more seaworthy than already known. While Storm Seeker have always been a real “big power” when it comes to live battles, party mood and the music to go with it, the men and one lady are now hitting it even harder. Thirteen new songs packed with driving rhythms, salty instrumental interludes, a stiff breeze of vocals and sailor's tales. This is exactly what the new album consists of and provides the best atmosphere and entertainment with everything that belongs to a Storm Seeker album. Anyone who stays still here instead of shaking a leg has lost nothing on board Storm Seeker and should best leave the ship at the next port. But for everyone else, welcome aboard, raise a tankard of rum and let's party! Sean Graham fits in perfectly with the crew and brings a breath of fresh air to the set sails. What could possibly go wrong? Nothing if you ask us. So for friends and fans of the genre, the only thing to do is to get the album, turn the system up to max, set sail and go...
