Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 2017, konnte sich die aus Italien stammende Power-Metal Formation, Frozen Crown, nach und nach eine stetig wachsende Fangemeinde schaffen. Das die Truppe es drauf hat, davon konnten wir uns gerade selbst live überzeugen. Supporten sie doch gerade die Tour der legendären, Kamelot. Mit neuer, gerade einmal achtzehn Jahre jungen, Gitarristin, rockte die Band was das Zeug hielt und heizte dem Berliner Publikum im Kesselhaus kräftig ein. Nur wenige Tage später erschien nun ihr neues, und somit bereits fünftes Studioalbum, War Hearts. Mit selbigen hebt die Band ihr bisheriges Schaffenswerk erneut auf ein höheres Level und sorgt somit für viel frischen Wind in der Power-Metal Szene. Wie man es von Frozen Crown gewohnt ist, jagt hier ein blitzschneller Gitarrenriff den anderen, was auch gleich einmal die Qualitäten der jungen Axtträgerin unter Beweis stellt. Wer das Mädel live erlebt, wird uns zustimmen, das sie trotz ihres Alters, ihr Handwerk verdammt gut versteht. Hier kann sich so manch alter Hase noch etwas abgucken. Sonst ändert sich nur wenig bei den Italienern. Auch das neue werk ist ein reines Feuerwerk an klassischen Power-Metal Gewittern, das in Form von gleich zehn neuen Songs daher kommt und die Stärken der Band noch einmal voll und ganz unterstreicht. So macht das neue Material in den eigenen vier Wänden verdammt viel Spaß, und lässt auch live in den Hallen keinen Zweifel daran aufkommen, das hier mit Frozen Crown auch in Zukunft noch zu rechnen sein wird.
Wir wünschen dem, von nun an Sextett weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Since their formation in 2017, the Italian power metal band Frozen Crown have gradually built up a steadily growing fan base. We have just been able to see for ourselves live that the band has what it takes. They are currently supporting the tour of the legendary Kamelot. With a new, just eighteen-year-old guitarist, the band rocked the hell out of the Kesselhaus in Berlin. Just a few days later, the band released their new and fifth studio album, War Hearts. With this album, the band once again raises their previous work to a higher level and provides a breath of fresh air in the power metal scene. As you would expect from Frozen Crown, one lightning-fast guitar riff follows another, which also proves the qualities of the young axe-wielder. Anyone who experiences the girl live will agree that, despite her age, she knows her craft damn well. Many an old hand could learn a thing or two from her. Otherwise, very little has changed with the Italians. The new work is also a pure firework of classic power metal thunderstorms, which comes in the form of ten new songs and once again fully emphasizes the band's strengths. The new material is a lot of fun to listen to at home and leaves no doubt that Frozen Crown will be a force to be reckoned with in the future.
We wish the sextet continued success from now on.
